We generally feel it is better to pray quietly at home, as a family, if you can. We have uploaded the Matins and Typica service to our folder of prayers here. These can be used. We think the best television service is using the Jesus Prayer.
But for those who miss the services, or find it easier to follow with young children, these video and audio streams should work.
