“Fasts, Feasts, and the Joy of the Resurrection”

As the main event of the OFSJB Youth calendar, we take a few days out in the countryside of Derbyshire to enjoy fellowship and fun together. There will be several talks and sessions with select Orthodox clergy and academics on the topic of ‘Fasts, Feasts, and the Joy of the Resurrection’, as well as evening activities, and a visit to the shrine and well of St Bertram. Expect to meet fellow Orthodox Christians from various backgrounds and around the world!

Dates: Thurs 29th May – Sun 1st June 2014
Location: Dovedale House, Ilam, DE6 2AZ
Cost: £140 (£95 students), includes accommodation and food for the whole weekend.
Travel: Lifts can be arranged from nearby train stations (Derby / Stoke on Trent) where possible.
